Since your payment and contract are processed directly through our authorized reseller Paddle.com, you can handle cancellations and refunds most quickly directly through the Paddle portal.
Go to Paddle Support CenterPaddle.com Market Ltd is the "Merchant of Record" for all our orders. This means that Paddle is responsible for all customer service inquiries regarding payments and returns.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, we strongly recommend using the Paddle Support link above or sending us an email. This guarantees processing within 24 hours.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, Paddle will refund all payments to you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
The same payment method used in the original transaction will be used for this refund. The refund process is fully automated through Paddle's system.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Important for Digital Content (Premium)
Please note: The right of withdrawal expires for contracts concerning digital content (such as immediately activated Premium/Supreme features) if you have expressly agreed at the time of purchase that the performance of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
